Refund Policy


At Homefy, we want every customer to feel confident when shopping with us. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 30 days after receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unworn, undamaged, with any original tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide your order number or proof of purchase.

Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Please note that items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.


Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at homefycontact@usehomefy.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

Our team will review the case and work to make it right.


Non-Returnable Items

For safety and quality reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Gift cards;
  • Final sale or clearance items.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the product you have. Once the return is approved, you may place a new order for the item you want.


Refunds

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take a few business days for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Homefy is not responsible for returns lost in transit.


Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to cancel it. In that case, you may request a return after receiving the item.
